Via Drug Topics article:
“According to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, approximately 15% of healthcare professionals struggle with drug dependence at some point in their career.”
Do you find this percentage too high? To small?
Not to demean the will power of most people in our profession, be it Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, or Pharmacists; Lump them all together, and I think that the number of health care professionals that have (at least at one point in their career) struggled with drug dependence is probably way higher.
